How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and for specific nail technicians. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but booking ahead guarantees your spot.

What's the difference between gel, acrylic, and dip powder?

Gel is a polish that cures under UV light, lasting 2–3 weeks with a natural look. Acrylic is a liquid-and-powder mix that creates a durable hard coating, ideal for extensions. Dip powder is a hybrid: nails are dipped into colored powder and sealed, lasting 3–4 weeks with no UV needed.

How long do gel manicures last?

A gel manicure typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks without chipping when properly cared for. Avoid picking at the polish and wear gloves when cleaning to extend the life of your manicure.

Do you use disposable tools?

Yes. Every client receives brand-new disposable manicure and pedicure implements. Our reusable metal tools are sterilized using an autoclave — the same medical-grade method dentists use — and sealed in individual sanitation pouches.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. You can manage your appointment directly through your booking confirmation.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a 5-day happiness guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with your service, let us know within 5 days and we'll make it right at no extra charge.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but we can't always fit you in — especially on weekends. To guarantee a spot with your preferred technician, book online or give us a call.
